The "One Payment in the Last 90 Days" Requirement, Explained
Published by Holuron · · 3 min read

Holuron's first onboarding condition for AdX and MCM is simple to state: your Ad Manager network must have received at least one payment in the last 90 days. Here is why that matters and how to check it.
What the requirement means
A payment is money Google has actually paid out to your network, not estimated earnings shown in a report. Holuron asks for at least one in the previous 90 days, roughly the last three monthly cycles.
Why partners ask for it
A recent payment tells a reviewer several things at once:
- The account is active. It is serving ads and earning.
- Verification is done. A completed payout means the payments profile is set up. For MCM Manage Account, Google also requires identity verification of the child's payments profile.
- Earnings survived review. Google can deduct earnings linked to invalid traffic or policy issues before paying. A payment that went through is a useful sign of standing.
For an MCM parent, inviting a network with no payment history is a risk. There is no track record to judge.
How to check yours
- Sign in to Google Ad Manager.
- Open the Payments section.
- Look at your transaction history for a completed payment within the last 90 days.
Google publishes payment information on a monthly cycle, generally around the 15th, so a payment for one month's earnings shows up the following month.
Estimated vs finalized earnings
Do not confuse the two. Google explains that finalized earnings can be lower than estimates because invalid activity is removed and advertisers who do not pay are taken out. Google credits advertisers for invalid traffic accrued up to 60 days before the invoice date. A reviewer will look at what was actually paid.
If you have no recent payment
- Check whether your earnings reached the payment threshold.
- Make sure tax, identity and bank details are complete.
- Clear any payment holds shown in your account.
- Keep serving clean traffic and wait for the next cycle.
Once a payment lands, you are ready to apply.
The other conditions
The payment check sits beside Holuron's other requirements: no invalid traffic, API access enabled, active partner users and authorization to manage unfilled impressions.
If a payment shows up in that window, you've cleared the first hurdle. The rest we can check together: send us your network for review.
