Holuron is onboarding publishers to Ad Exchange through Google Multiple Customer Management (MCM), and it has made its entry conditions public on every monetization page of its website, including its website monetization page. Knowing them before you apply saves time for everyone.

The five conditions

Holuron's homepage says it is onboarding accounts that meet these requirements:

  1. At least one payment in the last 90 days. Your Ad Manager network must have received a recent payment.
  2. No IVT. The inventory must be free of invalid traffic.
  3. API access enabled. Holuron's service connects to the account through the Ad Manager API.
  4. Holuron users stay active. The users Holuron adds to the network cannot be deactivated.
  5. Unfilled impressions. The publisher authorizes Holuron to manage unfilled impressions as it sees fit.

Applicants also confirm that they accept Holuron's terms and conditions.

What happens if conditions stop being met

Holuron states that a delink will happen if the requirements are not met, or if its service can no longer reach the account through the API. In other words, these are not one-time checks at sign-up. They need to stay true for as long as the partnership runs.

Why each requirement exists

  • Payment history shows the network is active, verified and in good standing with Google.
  • No invalid traffic protects advertisers and the parent's MCM account. Google defines invalid traffic as clicks or impressions that may artificially inflate advertiser costs or publisher earnings, and warns that high levels can lead to limited ad serving or suspension.
  • API access lets a partner pull reports and manage settings at scale. In Ad Manager, only a user with the Administrator role can switch it on, under Admin, Global settings, Network settings.
  • Active partner users keep the connection stable so reporting and optimization do not break silently.
  • Unfilled impressions give Holuron room to run its traffic-quality checks on inventory that would otherwise earn nothing.

A quick self-check before applying

  • Open Payments in Ad Manager and confirm a payment in the last three months.
  • Review your traffic sources and remove any paid or incentivized traffic you cannot vouch for.
  • Make sure someone on your team has the Administrator role.
  • Confirm API access is on and saved.

Ticked every box on that list? Then the next move is yours: apply for an account review, and watch each stage on your status page while ADX Approval checks the network for Holuron.
